appointments:

by booking an appointment(s) at hortūs, the client understands and agrees to all terms and conditions of our appointment, modification, reschedule and cancellation policy. we reserve the right to refuse service and or cancel any appointments. Thank you.

please be advised, we require a valid credit card to confirm and hold all appointment(s). we cannot hold an appointment without one. thank you.

when you book an appointment(s), we hold that appointment time just for you so we kindly ask that if you need to modify, change, reschedule or cancel, provide the required notice time to avoid a charge. we understand life happens, including last minute emergencies but we have limited capacity and need this time to schedule other clients. exceptions cannot be made. we appreciate your understanding.

appointments for 1-2 guests require 24 hour advance notice for cancellations, service modifications/changes and reschedules . 3 guests, 48 hours, 4 or more guests, 1 week advance notice will be required. otherwise, 100% of total cost + 20% gratuity will be charged.

***We require a 50% deposit for group bookings. 

***full price + 20% gratuity will be charged on all happy hour services canceled outside of our scheduling policy agreement.

***same policy applies to appointments that arrive late which cannot be accommodated in full, partially or at all within the scheduled timeframe. services that cannot be provided/completed due to unexpected/uninformed factors such as arriving with hard gels, dip powder, extensions/acrylic on nails cannot be serviced and will be charged in full + 20% gratuity for the confirmed services. guests arriving after confirmed appointment time cannot be serviced will be charged in full + 20% gratuity. thank you.
